Build and operate the data ingestion and management systems that supply enterprise knowledge to Glean’s Search, AI Assistant, and Agent products.
What you'll do
- Build connectors and sync pipelines for SaaS and on-prem systems, handling incremental updates, authentication, and rate limits.
- Transform enterprise content into structured, permission-aware data and maintain correctness, freshness, and performance at scale.
- Improve distributed data processing, observability, and integrations that support AI products and enterprise data access.
