Lead Glean’s Product Growth engineering function, building and measuring user experiences that improve product discovery, activation, engagement, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Set technical direction and lead end-to-end product growth initiatives across user-facing experiences, from design and implementation through launch and measurement.
- Lead and develop a full-stack engineering team, partnering with Product, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Applied AI to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
- Establish experimentation and measurement practices, using product data, customer insights, and behavioral analysis to guide decisions and iteration.
