Provides legal and compliance counsel to the General Counsel and business units, overseeing contracts, regulatory change management, litigation, and legal risk.
What you'll do
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business decisions; draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage regulatory change processes and oversee litigation, external counsel, pleadings, settlements, and related invoices.
