About the job
Works with dealers and internal buying and sales representatives to resolve missing documentation and support the timely funding of consumer auto loans.
What you'll do
- Build dealer relationships, answer funding inquiries, and communicate loan-package status.
- Help dealers complete funding packages accurately and identify and track dealership funding errors.
- Share dealership performance feedback with Sales and Buying teams and meet turnaround and volume targets.
