Reviews auto loan funding packages for accuracy, verifies application information, and resolves funding issues to support timely loan processing.
What you'll do
- Review funding packages, clear contract errors, assess income and collateral, and conduct customer interviews.
- Contact customers and verify employment, income, residence, and insurance information; address or escalate funding issues.
- Maintain electronic records and meet turnaround and volume targets while collaborating with colleagues and management.
