Leads sales growth across the West region, including California, by developing, supporting, and coaching Area Sales Managers and independent sales agents to grow auto-financing business.
What you'll do
- Set regional sales initiatives and goals, and develop dealership relationships through visits, calls, and inbound inquiries.
- Recruit, train, coach, and hold Area Sales Managers and agency partners accountable for business and performance goals.
- Maintain records and collaborate with associates and management to achieve regional business objectives.
