Manages GLS’s compliance programs, advises leaders on regulatory risks, and works with business partners to establish and oversee compliance controls and policies.
What you'll do
- Advise company leaders and business partners on compliance risks, regulatory changes, and mitigation plans.
- Build and oversee compliance quality assurance, automated monitoring, advisory functions, and consumer finance policies.
- Lead compliance team staffing and development, and report compliance priorities and results to executives and the board.
