About the job
Manages severely delinquent rebate accounts by investigating outstanding obligations, contacting dealerships and other parties, and supporting recovery and legal processes.
What you'll do
- Manage accounts and make outbound calls to recover outstanding rebate products and resolve past-due obligations.
- Research dealerships, document collection efforts, and recommend account offsets or legal escalation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Legal to prepare legal files, demand letters, and other administrative work.
