About the job
Troubleshoot GLS proprietary systems and SaaS platforms, coordinate incident resolution with vendors and internal teams, and support monitoring, documentation, training, and system maintenance.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and prioritize production incidents, assess business and workflow impacts, and coordinate testing, escalations, and root-cause analysis.
- Document solutions and communicate resolutions; create knowledge-base articles and train Tier 1 staff.
