About the job
Supports testing, commissioning, and operations of Glydways’ Atlanta automated transit pilot by monitoring the system, carrying out authorized actions, coordinating responses, and documenting results.
What you'll do
- Monitor vehicles, guideway, control displays, alarms, communications, and operating conditions; perform approved startup checks and tests.
- Assess alerts, take authorized response actions, pause unsafe work, and coordinate troubleshooting and retesting with relevant teams.
- Communicate with riders, field personnel, and emergency responders; maintain operational and test records and complete shift handovers.
