Partners with sales and technical teams to advise enterprise customers on incorporating Gong into their AI strategies, architecture, governance, and revenue workflows, while advancing complex sales opportunities and enabling the broader Solutions Engineering organization.
What you'll do
- Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, architecture assessments, and technical design workshops for strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Design customer-specific AI architectures, integrations, validation plans, and recommendations, addressing governance, security, and build-versus-buy considerations.
- Support complex pursuits and scale field capability through technical enablement, reusable assets, and market feedback to Product and Engineering.
