About the job
Own and deliver Gong’s internal Center of Excellence projects, building governed GTM workflows and AI-enabled processes while testing new product capabilities and sharing product feedback and customer-ready proof points.
What you'll do
- Build, document, and govern Gong workflows, including deal boards, smart trackers, engage flows, and custom agents.
- Manage projects and testing with cross-functional teams; document product feedback and contribute to roadmap direction.
- Map GTM workflows and develop referenceable case studies, process documentation, and workflow snapshots.
