Guides Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers through Gong platform deployment and initial adoption, from process discovery and configuration to testing and post-launch support.
What you'll do
- Map revenue processes, define solutions, and configure the Gong platform to meet customer requirements.
- Document workflows and deployment plans, support change management, and manage quality assurance, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Coordinate with customer technical teams on data, integrations, and security; improve delivery resources and partner with Sales and Customer Success.
