About the job
Conduct customer-facing interpretability research on advanced AI models and turn research findings into practical, production-ready tools.
What you'll do
- Lead original interpretability research with customers and partners, including defining problems, sourcing data, and testing hypotheses.
- Prototype methods to visualize and manipulate model internals, and collaborate with engineering on production-ready tools.
- Own delivery of high-stakes customer projects and help shape research direction.
