Build and lead Goodfire’s in-house legal function, covering company-wide legal matters and advising on AI interpretability, security, licensing, data rights, and regulation.
What you'll do
- Own legal matters including contract negotiations, employment agreements, fundraising, and board matters.
- Lead enterprise software deals and advise on AI/SaaS licensing, data rights, liability, and forward deployed contracts.
- Define the company’s approach to interpretability and AI security contracts and regulations.
