What you'll do
- Own recruiting from sourcing through offers and build proactive pipelines for AI talent.
- Design interview processes and scalable recruiting infrastructure while executing recruiting work independently.
- Develop relationships in the San Francisco AI community and maintain a high hiring bar through rigorous evaluation.
