What you'll do
- Lead negotiations and structure data center leasing, energy supply, renewable power purchase, partnership, and other related contracts.
- Conduct energy due diligence for site selection and project development, and help shape energy procurement strategy, including carbon-free energy.
- Develop transaction approvals and materials, work with executives and partner teams, and manage strategic supplier relationships.
