What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations, including live monitoring, ticket reviews, and escalations; define and track operational KPIs.
- Coordinate readiness for station launches, migrations, and live events across engineering, partners, and broadcast vendors.
- Develop scalable processes and work with product and engineering on tooling, telemetry, and automation; support vendor quality and continuity programs.
