What you'll do
- Manage escalated incidents and provide operational support to GSOC vendor operators and global security service centers.
- Monitor and assign email and ticket queues; evaluate, escalate, and disseminate intelligence.
- Support incident response, crisis management, and global travel security, including writing reports for higher-risk incidents.
