Launch Manager, Google Play Trust and Safety

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end launches of LLMs and AI classifiers, coordinating product, engineering, policy, and operations.
• Coordinate launch readiness, approvals, dependencies, and required policy and documentation.
• Oversee post-launch quality assurance, incident investigations, vendor evaluation resources, and ongoing operational support.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 2 years of experience in AI/ML operations.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or prompt engineering; content policy, anti-abuse, or online content review.

Pay

USD 116000 - 166000 base salary
