Leads technical evaluations and sourcing strategy for custom and off-the-shelf silicon across architecture, manufacturing, packaging, yield, and test.
What you'll do
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, architectures, process nodes, and manufacturability across custom and off-the-shelf silicon.
- Assess leading-edge foundry processes and partner with foundries on defect density, DFM/PDK compliance, and process margins.
- Qualify heterogeneous packaging and sub-tier components, setting mechanical and thermal readiness gates.

- Experience across the semiconductor product lifecycle, including design tape-out, wafer fab processing, parametric yield analysis, advanced packaging/assembly, and high-volume test engineering (ATE/SLT).

- Experience covering both Custom ASIC/COT flows and standardized high-performance compute silicon.

$281000 - $391000 (USD) base salary
