What you'll do

• Mentor research scientists and software engineers and guide technical execution.
• Set the roadmap for audio-visual data curation, multimodal training, and model evaluation.
• Develop low-latency streaming inference and help move research breakthroughs into production.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development or machine learning research and engineering experience in Python or C++, including designing or deploying machine learning systems.
• 3 years in technical leadership or people management leading engineers or research scientists in AI/ML, computer vision, audio, or multimodal systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Audio Processing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams from research framing through production, building generative or multimodal models and evaluation pipelines, or optimizing real-time multimodal systems.
