About the job

Designs and builds the hardware-facing software stack and development tools for real-time robotic systems used in embodied AI.

What you'll do

  • Develop real-time robotic software, including RTOS tuning and memory management.
  • Build CI/CD infrastructure and hardware-in-the-loop testbenches; establish logging and data-visualization tools and processes.
  • Ensure low-latency communication and system stability across the robot stack, following software development best practices.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages and 5 years developing and debugging robotic software systems and supporting toolchains.
  • 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching core robotics software stack components, plus 1 year in robotics software stack design and architecture.
  • 3 years of processor and memory optimization, RTOS, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).

Nice to have

  • GPU/TPU optimization for model inference and sensor fusion; experience with Mujoco, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, or Gazebo.
  • Knowledge of robotic system design, including kinematics, dynamics, control algorithms, perception systems, and safety across physical and software layers.
