Senior Product Manager, XR Hardware

What you'll do

• Define and execute product roadmaps for Glasses and XR devices across near- and long-term horizons.
• Guide hardware components through NTI, including requirements, technical readiness, integration, and delivery.
• Align product specifications with engineering, UX, platform, manufacturing, OEM, and supplier partners.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or a related technical role.
• 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch; 2 years building and shipping consumer electronics or related products; and 2 years working directly on hardware products in a product capacity.
• Experience driving hardware product lifecycles or new technology introductions (NTI).

Nice to have

• MBA or similar degree or equivalent practical experience; 2 years in the Glasses/XR industry, including launches and research.
• Experience with zero-to-one products and NTIs, external partners, hardware strategy, hardware engineering, or camera components.

Pay

$192000 - $278000 USD base salary
