Owns supplier quality and reliability for Battery/UPS components, qualifying and scaling manufacturing processes and resolving quality issues from product introduction through end-of-life.
What you'll do
- Drive manufacturing process design, optimization, and qualification; develop quality plans and process controls.
- Lead supplier root-cause analysis, corrective action, failure analysis, and 8D responses to fleet and factory issues.
- Partner with design, manufacturing, and commodity teams on Battery/UPS technology qualification, scaling, and product decisions.
