- Define the technical goals, architectural roadmap, and reliability strategy for the SAGE/SPARK production stack; lead system design reviews and production readiness.
- Architect infrastructure projects for data-pipeline resilience, automated rollback and restart, and consolidated observability.
- Lead production incident response and post-incident improvements; mentor engineers and support partner teams’ operational maturity.
