What you'll do
- Drive critical Trust and Safety initiatives with cross-functional teams and executives, translating quantitative and qualitative insights into operational actions.
- Partner with leadership to improve productivity across Trust and Safety operations and build relationships with stakeholders across operations, product, engineering, and business.
- Support business cadence and team operations, including OKR and business planning, leadership meeting agendas, and internal communications.
