Serves as a strategic advisor to Data Cloud leadership, connecting customers and field organizations with Product and Engineering teams to turn customer needs into product actions and deliver strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Represent Data Cloud leadership in customer and field engagements, and drive leadership and customer commitments through to completion.
- Translate customer feedback into technical gap analyses and work with Product and Engineering leaders on prioritization and resolution.
- Understand the Data Cloud portfolio, architecture, and competitive landscape; shape product positioning and align field realities with product roadmaps.
