Leads shift operations at a Gopuff site, directing teams and processes to maintain order accuracy, efficient delivery, and successful shift handoffs.
What you'll do
- Direct associate activities and oversee facility operations and delivery processes during the shift; escalate site issues as needed.
- Support packing, receiving, inventory accuracy, routing and dispatching, and other operational tasks during coverage gaps or low-volume periods.
- Train associates, complete operational checklists and audits, and troubleshoot defects and process bottlenecks.

- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours (5pm–3am) and weekends; holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk during shifts and lift up to 49 pounds.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
- Professional fluency in Spanish.
Pay
