Leads shift operations for fresh grocery receiving, picking, packing, and truck loading, ensuring food safety, product quality, accuracy, and on-time departures.
What you'll do
- Direct and assign associate work across inbound and outbound operations; coach and train associates and support task execution during staffing gaps.
- Oversee fresh-product receiving, cold-chain handling, inventory rotation, order preparation, staging, and truck loading.
- Enforce food-safety and quality standards, troubleshoot shift defects, and support performance, audit, and shrink-reduction goals.
