Leads shift operations at a Gopuff site, directing associates and overseeing order fulfillment, inventory, and delivery processes to support accurate, efficient service.
What you'll do
- Direct associate activities and oversee facility and delivery operations during the shift, including checklists and handoffs.
- Pack orders, receive inventory, complete ICQA, and support associates with coverage gaps and product movement.
- Train associates, troubleshoot defects, escalate site issues, and support performance goals and site initiatives.

- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours (5pm - 3am) and weekends; holidays as needed by the business.

Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.

Pay
