About the job
Leads shift operations for Gopuff’s Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams to maintain order accuracy, efficient delivery, and strong customer experience.
What you'll do
- Direct associate activities and oversee facility operations and delivery processes during the shift, including coverage support and opening or closing checklists.
- Train associates, troubleshoot operational defects, and escalate site issues to leadership and Live Monitoring.
- Support inventory, order packing, dispatch, audits, and performance goals such as labor management, pack times, and inventory accuracy.

- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours (5pm–3am) and weekends; holidays as needed by the business.

Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
- Professional fluency in Spanish.
