Leads shift-level facility operations and associate activities to maintain order accuracy, efficient delivery, and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Direct associates and oversee facility operations, delivery processes, and shift handoffs.
- Pack orders, receive inventory, complete ICQA, and support associates with operational tasks during staffing gaps.
- Train associates, troubleshoot defects, escalate site issues, and support performance objectives and site initiatives.
