Leads shift operations at a Gopuff facility, directing teams and processes to support order accuracy, efficient delivery, and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Direct associate activities and oversee facility operations and delivery processes during the shift.
- Pack orders, receive inventory, complete ICQA, and support associates with coverage gaps and equipment as needed.
- Train associates, troubleshoot defects, escalate site issues, and support performance objectives and site initiatives.

- Professional fluency in Spanish.
Pay
