What you'll do
- Direct shift activities and oversee facility operations, order fulfillment, inventory, and delivery processes.
- Train and develop associates and driver partners; manage shift performance and resolve operational issues.
- Complete operational tasks including receiving, packing, audits, dispatch interventions, and moving product.
