Leads high-volume recruiting strategy and operations to keep Gopuff’s Field Operations sites staffed, partnering with field leaders and managing recruiting resources and processes.
What you'll do
- Lead sourcing and hiring pipelines for field operations, including new site launches and backfill needs.
- Partner with Regional Managers and Site Leaders to set recruiting priorities and address staffing risks.
- Manage offshore and third-party recruiting partners, interview programs, recruiting metrics, and process improvements.
