Supports the Store Manager by leading sales-floor operations, developing the team, and improving customer experience and store performance.
What you'll do
- Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, POS management, and maintaining the sales floor.
- Drive sales and profitability through customer service, merchandising, promotions, and action plans based on performance.
- Support staff training and coaching, inventory management, budgeting, and enforcement of company policies and regulatory requirements.
