Supports the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations, improving sales and profitability, and delivering a strong customer experience.
What you'll do
- Lead sales-floor operations, including customer service, opening and closing, cash handling, and POS management.
- Drive sales through merchandising, promotions, upselling, and action plans based on sales trends and company tools.
- Support staff training and coaching, inventory and expense management, and compliance with company policies and alcohol-sale regulations.
