Leads a Gopuff facility’s operations, workforce, and Driver Partners while managing customer experience, operational performance, compliance, and site finances.
What you'll do
- Oversee facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems, safety, and compliance.
- Lead and develop Shift Leaders, Field Operations Associates, and independent Driver Partners; implement plans to improve performance.
- Manage site financial results and improve KPIs, productivity, labor, and expenses.
