Leads a local delivery facility’s operations and teams to improve customer experience, safety, and financial performance.
What you'll do
- Oversee facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems, and manage Shift Leaders, Field Operations Associates, and Driver Partners.
- Improve operational KPIs and site financial performance through productivity, labor, and expense management.
- Train and coach associates, ensure policy and safety compliance, and implement plans to improve performance and facility culture.
