Owns Gradient Robotics’ day-to-day business operations, building systems and supporting founders across finance, people, suppliers, facilities, and company priorities.
What you'll do
- Manage finance operations, company metrics and reporting, vendors and suppliers, people operations, and facilities.
- Support founders and leadership with follow-through, relationships, visits, recruiting coordination, and high-priority operational initiatives.
- Automate and document recurring workflows.
