About the job
Build and operate backend services for an AI-native enterprise context system, including ingestion, storage, retrieval APIs, and agent integrations.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, test, and operate services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval, APIs, and administration.
- Build a scalable multi-tenant SaaS foundation with tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, and background jobs.
- Develop agent-facing retrieval interfaces and instrument services with observability tools to improve reliability.
