Leads Grafana’s Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, setting technical direction and delivering improvements to frontend foundations, navigation, search, and user experience.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, hire, and plan for two distributed engineering squads; set expectations and address performance issues.
- Own discovery, roadmaps, delivery, and outcomes in partnership with Product, Design, engineers, customers, and community members.
- Guide frontend engineering direction and standards, and improve engineering workflows through AI and automation.
