Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend | Spain | Remote

What you'll do

• Manage, develop, hire, and plan staffing for two engineering squads; set expectations and address performance issues.
• Guide discovery, roadmaps, and delivery in partnership with Product, Design, customers, and engineering leaders.
• Set frontend engineering direction and standards, and improve delivery and operational workflows using AI and automation.

EUR 106,680 - EUR 128,016 base salary
