Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend | Sweden | Remote

What you'll do

• Manage, coach, hire, and plan across two distributed engineering squads; set expectations and address performance issues.
• Own discovery, roadmaps, delivery, rollout, and measurement, working with customers and Product, Design, and engineering leaders.
• Set frontend engineering direction and standards, improve team workflows through AI and automation, and participate in the engineering management on-call rota.
