Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market programs for Grafana Labs’ Observability products, while enabling product and customer-facing teams to communicate product value and drive customer growth.
What you'll do
- Partner with product managers and other teams to define product value, messaging, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy; teach product managers growth and demand practices.
- Create customer evaluation and adoption materials, and train and enable sales and go-to-market teams.
- Lead customer lifecycle campaigns and conduct market and customer research to drive growth and inform marketing programs.
