Develops strategic, high-touch account marketing for Grafana Labs’ largest customers to deepen engagement, increase product adoption, and support account growth.
What you'll do
- Partner with account teams to create marketing plans aligned with customer goals and account strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver targeted programs such as executive engagement, workshops, advocacy, and peer connections.
- Measure account-level impact and turn successful approaches into repeatable marketing plays.
