About the job
Lead technical initiatives and engineering quality for Grafana’s DataViz squad, building and improving open-source data visualizations and supporting them in production.
What you'll do
- Lead multi-quarter initiatives from problem framing through rollout, using user feedback and outcome measurement.
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards through reviews, design feedback, pairing, and documentation; represent the team in cross-squad planning.
- Participate in on-call, incident response, and customer escalations for software the team builds.
