About the job
Build and operate customer-facing applications, APIs, and integrations for Grafana Cloud’s usage, billing, provisioning, and account-management workflows.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, backend APIs, and integrations with business platforms and cloud marketplaces.
- Implement usage metering, pricing, promotions, billing reconciliation, and provisioning workflows; improve reliability and operational resilience.
- Lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams on design, roadmaps, and production operations.
