About the job
Build and operate full-stack applications and services for Grafana Cloud’s customer usage, billing, provisioning, and account-management workflows.
What you'll do
- Develop customer portals, backend APIs, integrations, and business logic for usage metering, pricing, and billing.
- Improve production reliability, testing, observability, CI/CD, and operational procedures; participate in OnCall when ready.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, and coordinate delivery and technical direction across teams.
